Benter, an experienced business manager, to focus on administration of Early Charm Ventures’ executive team in the midst of the company’s continued fast-paced growth

September 22, 2022, Baltimore, MD – Early Charm Ventures, a company that creates, owns and operates ventures that convert science to revenue, today welcomed Anthony Benter – an experienced business administrator with skills in sales, personnel management and accounting – as Executive Assistant.

In his new role, Benter will undertake a range of administrative duties in support of Early Charm’s executive team, including coordination and management of internal communications, scheduling and overall maintenance of Early Charm’s office environment.

In his previous roles, Benter has worked as Assistant Manager of Icy Delights in Baltimore and Health Insurance Agent Team Lead with Florida-based Alta Resources.

Through his career experiences, Benter’s skill set also includes employee training, scheduling, assessing customer requirements and inventory management.

Benter currently is working on completing his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science: Computer Engineering at Ashworth College. He previously completed academic work in Computer Science: Computer and Information Sciences with Penn Foster Career School.
