Early Charm Announces Hiring of Michael Geathers for Office Operations

Geathers, a Baltimore native, will focus on helping to drive efficiency and

productivity across Early Charm’s growing portfolio of companies

September 20, 2021, Baltimore, MD – Early Charm, a company that creates, owns and operates ventures that convert science to revenue, today announced the hiring of Michael Geathers as Office Operations Assistant to support Early Charm’s growing team and company portfolio.

Geathers’ new role will center on working closely with Early Charm’s teams to schedule meetings, organize office information, data and resources, plus help to drive overall team efficiency and productivity.

Geathers – a Baltimore native whose interests and skills range from serving as a personal chef to painting, sewing, and immersion in arts and crafts – previously served as a long-term substitute teacher in the Howard County (MD) School System and as a Counselor/Activity director with Howard County Recreation and Parks.

Geathers studied Public Health at Delaware State University and currently is working on his Associate Degrees in the arts in Teaching and in Psychology. He also has earned his certificate in Preschool curriculum and activities.
