Early Charm Ventures Announces Hiring of Allie Stambaugh as Operations Manager

June 18, 2020, Baltimore, MD – In a move indicative of its continued business growth, Early Charm Ventures, a venture studio that converts science to business, today announced the hiring of Allie Stambaugh as Operations Manager.

In her new role with Early Charm, Stambaugh’s responsibilities include directing the company’s accounting and management information systems. She also will coordinate with Early Charm’s executive team to support overall budgeting and strategic planning plus manage human resources record-keeping.

Stambaugh brings significant creative and management experience to Early Charm as a professional welder and metal finisher in the makerspace field. Stambaugh, most recently, was Operations and Finance Manager with NYDesigns, a business incubator focused on supporting design and hardware tech startups in New York City.

Stambaugh also served as Instructor with TechShop, Brooklyn Metal Partnership and NYC Makerspace. Prior to these roles, she was Assistant Foreman and Lead Fabricator with Baltimore Fabrication.

Stambaugh is a graduate of Millersville University where she earned a BA in Metals and Sculpture, and is on track to earn a Certificate of Financial Accounting this fall at Baruch College of the City University of New York.
