The Covalent Suite builds upon SilcsBio’s proven SILCS (Site-Identification by Ligand Competitive Saturation) platform, integrating advanced capabilities for reactive residue identification, warhead selection and optimization, and data-driven scoring of binding affinity and reactivity. Leveraging machine learning for warhead prioritization, the new suite enables scientists to rapidly pinpoint the most promising covalent drug candidates earlier in the discovery process.
